Welcome to the new Voices for Change blog! This summer MAS Youth will
be hosting a nationwide Voices for Change tour featuring Outlandish
and other talented performers! This will be Outlandish’s first visit
to the U. S. so we gotta show them some love!
We need to stake OUR claim on entertainment, as people striving for
MORALITY: We are demanding entertainment with a message like
Outlandish who bring it, and with a moral message! Outlandish will be
headlining MAS Youth’s Voices for Change in their first United States
tour.
Tour Cities:
Tampa – 6/6
Chicago – 6/7
Detroit – 6/14
New York – 6/15
Los Angeles – 6/21
Dallas – 6/22
In addition to the concert tour, there will also be a talent show for each city. The winner of each show will get to perform on stage at the concert for that city. Check back here for more info about the talent shows for each city.

Can we see the talents who are up for the contest? Can we have an idea about them, how many in each city, what type of talent they are presenting and may be names?
Assalamu alaikum. Ya-Allah this is outrageous. Whatever happen to ” Do not imitate non -believers, We need to find other resource to uplift the spirit of our Muslim youth, which first and foremost start at home. Bringing the music knowing clearly it is not permissible in Islam it’s heart breaking. Audhu Billahi Minashaytanir rajeem, Bismillahi rahmanir Raheem. Ya Allah we need your help to finding better solutions to help our Muslim youth in having a better relationship with you. As you can see Ya’Allah they’re trying but they’re far from getting there. Those who support this movement, despite the fact that Music will never be the solution equally needs you O Allah. Keep us from imitating those gone astray and those who earn your anger, and inshaAllah may we find that better solution. Ameen
Creations of Allah, open your eyes and think deeper, we can find better ways to uplift our young ones. Music is not permissible and I wish many more people will realize what were doing here. I do appreciate the fact that we are trying but please keep searching. Assalamu alaikum
dear Fatima, i hope u can keep ur heart from breaking long enough to relize that music ISNT “clearly not permissible” don’t kno about u, but last time i checked there were =Different Opinions= on the topic. U may choose wat best suits u, but PLS TRY to respect other ppls choices of =Different Permissible Opinions= as well. plus i dono were u live but here in the u.s. music is so common among all age gps especially the youth, telling a youth not to listen to music & “find a better soluntion is like telling a grown up not to use te bank &”find a better solution” oh & instead of talking so much about “finding better solutions” it would be great if u actully shared some:) thx

Once the prophets 2 grandsons were making wudu. an older man was making wudu next to them but he was doinging it wrong. instead of attacking him they asked him to show them how to make wudu. the point is that fatima has a very good point and inshallah we can find a better solution to this vfc concert. and you should never attack any person.
